Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of sprinkler system installers and maintenance personnel.
  • Plan and coordinate sprinkler system installation and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and personnel.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sprinkler system installation and maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sprinkler system installation and maintenance practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
