Senior Real Estate Law Clerk - Commercial Property Specialist

About the Role:

Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team. As a Senior Real Estate Law Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and clients in the area of commercial real estate law.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a law clerk in a law firm and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, conducting research, and providing administrative support to our lawyers and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, mortgages, and other property-related documents
  • Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and clients, including maintaining filing systems and preparing correspondence
  • Draft legal correspondence and prepare court reports and affidavits
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., law, business, or administration)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a law clerk in a law firm
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management software
