Radiology Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Trillium Health Partners. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiography procedures and maintaining a safe working environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of radiography procedures and maintain a working knowledge of relevant equipment
- Conduct bone densitometry exams and participate in the evaluation and implementation of new equipment and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment and collaborate with other diagnostic imaging team members to optimize resource use
- Support a customer-focused environment and perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Current registration with the CMRITO and CAMRT in good standing
- Comply with continuing education requirements set out by the CMRTO and CAMRT
- Previous experience and expertise in General Radiography preferred
- Accredited Densitometry Technologist (ADT) or equivalent training recognized by the CBMD preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent patient care skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive work and attendance record essential
