Pipefitter Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Pipefitter to join our maintenance team in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Pipefitter to work on various projects and ensure seamless pipe systems operations. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to the Grande Prairie area or be willing to travel extensively for extended periods.

• Read and interpret process pipe drawings to assemble spools according to specifications.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
• Complete all necessary documentation and requirements.
• Provide clamping and structural support for pipe systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and protocols.

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver abstract.
• Journeyman or Apprentice trade certification.
• Oil & Gas Industry experience is considered an asset.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under supervision and maintain a high level of awareness and concentration.
• Capable of working within a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with flange management.
• Hammer Union experience is an asset.
• Good knowledge of hand tools and threading equipment.
• Ability to perform material take-offs for piping systems.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
