About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team at PENTARM POOLS CORP. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our communications materials and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Visual Design Process: Develop and implement a visual strategy that aligns with our brand identity and messaging goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other stakeholders to ensure that our visual designs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Design and Develop Visual Assets: Create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and animations, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and style manual.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design or fine arts.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
