About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our financial planning group, you will provide exceptional support to clients, financial planners, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to clients, financial planners, and external partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor client accounts and track transactions to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with securities regulations and confidentiality requirements.
- Support financial planners with key documentation, generating reports, and preparing for client meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks to support a fast-paced financial planning team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role within the financial industry.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and investment procedures.
- A keen eye for compliance, securities regulations, confidentiality, and risk management.
- Tech-savviness with experience using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills to provide professional and knowledgeable support.
