Production Coordinator

Mainframe Studios is seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production of visual effects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Effects Coordination: Design and coordinate special effects such as fire, explosion, and crashes, working closely with our animation team to ensure seamless integration.
- Production Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, providing regular updates to our production team and stakeholders.
- Conference and Meeting Organization: Organize and coordinate conferences and meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, providing a clear and concise summary of discussions and decisions.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage and maintain production reports, schedules, and other documents.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production coordination role.
- Work Setting: Animation studio environment.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
