About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at Battlefit Gym. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our gym, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup and ensure a clean appearance.
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space.
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to members and guests.
  • Lost and Found Management
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure they are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Guest Services
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Provide basic information on facilities and services to members and guests.
  • Complaint Resolution
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Work Term and Hours
    • Work on a permanent basis, with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties effectively.
