Job Title: Customer Service Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client complaints and questions in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for creating freight bills as needed, answering the phone, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, managing customers' accounts, updating information as needed, directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, and coordinating between departments effectively.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 1+ year experience working in an office environment. You will also need proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting, and handling high volumes of emails, ability to meet deadlines, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication, spoken and written, and good mathematical skills.
