**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of post-call experience and a proven track record in independently managing litigation files and clients. A strong background in court or arbitration is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Independently manage litigation files and clients with minimal supervision.
  2. Conduct research, analyze evidence, and draft submissions for court proceedings.
  3. Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop and implement case strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically analyze complex information.
  • Strong practice management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and team-building abilities, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
