About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Director to join our team at BC LTD. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3-4 people
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
