We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst I to join our team at NL Health Services. As a key member of our Data Center division, you will be responsible for developing, installing, administering, and maintaining small to large-scale information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide infrastructure and system support to all levels of the organization, including clinical, administrative, and finance teams.
- Develop and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions, including email gateways, remote access solutions, servers, storage arrays, and backup solutions.
- Perform analysis and design of client requests, implement and test designs, and document new and existing business rules for new and existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, inform them of progress, resolve issues, create test scenarios, and provide training on the use of the final product.
- Graduation from a recognized university with a Computer Science degree or a Commerce or Business degree supplemented by a graduate diploma in Information Technology.
- Minimum of three years' experience with Unified Communications and systems design.
- Current working knowledge of Unified Communications protocols and technologies.
- Industry standard certification in Unified Communications technologies would be considered an asset.
