Coast Capital Savings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lending Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Lending Operations department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the team, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and morale within the unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the activities of senior administrators, lending administrators, and administrative assistants
- Coordinate related duties to ensure efficient and successful implementation of administrative processes and project assignments
- Develop and implement new procedures in response to change, providing training and support within Lending Operations and to staff at all levels
- Act as a subject matter expert for developing new procedures and projects
- Manage and safekeep all retail loan file information, documenting and controlling the location of each file
- Assess and mitigate risk to Coast Capital Savings concerning the loan file asset
- Minimum 7-9 years of job-related experience
- Expert knowledge of Coast Capital Savings lending products, services, policies, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills in the areas of lending and administration
- Ability to research, assess, and present information for evaluation
- High School Diploma plus completion of a Diploma Program (two years of formal education or equivalent)
