We are seeking a compassionate and reliable family caregiver to join our team at Jonathan A. as a Trusted Family Caregiver. This is a temporary position, offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to families with infants and children. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with daily childcare tasks such as feeding, bathing, and dressing;
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks;
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe and healthy environment;
- Supervising and engaging children in various activities;
- Providing emotional support and comfort to children;
- Communicating effectively with parents and other caregivers;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field;
- CPR and First Aid certification;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
