We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at WESTMAN FACILITY SERVICES. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our sites and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff. You will be responsible for inspecting sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, preparing budgets and cost estimates, and recommending additional services as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders. You will be a team player who is able to work under pressure, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Recommend additional services as needed
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Strong background in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction and reliability
