Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Model Engineer with Data Science Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Model Engineer to join our team at Acunor. This is a full-time opportunity based in Ontario, Toronto_Canada / Hybrid.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

As an AI Model Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that drive business value for our clients. Your expertise in data science and artificial intelligence will enable us to stay ahead of the competition and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Work with large datasets to prepare and preprocess data for modeling projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our product offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI related roles - model development or validation or model documentation or data preparation and feature engineering for modeling projects
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
  • Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their machine learning services
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with experience in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is also preferred. Additionally, experience with deployment tools and frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
