Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legendary service to our guests, stocking and facing shelves, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Serve guests, pack groceries, stock and face shelves, cart retrieval
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department; clean up breakage and spills, clean shelves, bins and displays as needed, and keep aisles free of debris
- Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
- Maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision

- You are familiar with food safe procedures and practices
- Ability to lift and load products; extensive physical labour is required including lifting of 25-50lbs, climbing ladders and kneeling
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
