Job DescriptionThe Software Development Team Lead will be responsible for coaching their team to deliver high-quality features that align with our business context and solve problems for our customers. This includes:
- Managing product releases by monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to meet delivery schedules and requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with other teams in the product value chain, including Product Management, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and Infrastructure.
This role requires a proven track record of leadership experience in software development, with expertise in cloud native AWS and/or cloud infrastructure platforms and security. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of security control frameworks like NIST SCF and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide the team to develop high-quality software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a proven track record in a similar leadership role.
- Experience with cloud native AWS and/or cloud infrastructure platforms and security.
- Knowledge of security control frameworks like NIST SCF.
- Highly organized and able to multitask with short-term projects and ongoing long-term strategies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
