About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Labourer to join our team at Dhaliwal Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
  • Measure and load ingredients into mixing and grinding machines, ensuring accurate quantities and quality.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and package products for distribution.
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality defects, reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean machines and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
What We Offer
