Job Overview:

We're seeking highly motivated and passionate HVAC technicians to join our team. As an HVAC technician at Jetson Home Inc., you'll have the opportunity to work with our seasoned crew to install heat pump systems and improve the energy efficiency of homes. Your input on how to streamline the install process and improve the product will be valued and implemented.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heat pump systems to ensure efficient and reliable heating and cooling
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters to ensure optimal system performance
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Completion of 2 or more years of a recognized HVAC program or combination of program work and related equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience related to HVAC system installation or service is preferred
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps and their applications
  • Familiarity with blueprints and schematics, as well as building codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
