About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced individual who can operate and maintain our production lines with precision and efficiency. As a Factory Worker, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, maintaining equipment, and meeting safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain production lines, including candy-making machines and conveyor belts
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Meet safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Familiarity with GMP/Food Safety and HACCP training
- A competitive salary of $55,000 per year, based on experience
