Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain production lines, including candy-making machines and conveyor belts
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Meet safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with GMP/Food Safety and HACCP training
