About This Opportunity

Equitable Bank is seeking a seasoned Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing category sourcing strategies, managing contracts, and driving value for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive category sourcing strategies, including roadmaps, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Research and analyze competitive intelligence to inform procurement decisions, including evaluating potential suppliers and their offerings.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to execute sourcing and procurement events, negotiate contract terms, and manage due diligence processes.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and administer contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure contract compliance, quality, and performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analyze and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, complex contract negotiation, contract management, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver tangible value and improving procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing procurement software and technology.
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) or other relevant designation.
