About The Miller Group

The Miller Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Laborer to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced construction environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the construction industry.

Job Description:
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload and transport construction materials as needed.
  • Crane Operation: Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes, as well as perform routine maintenance work.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with a team to achieve project goals.
