Why Choose Us?- Flexible Scheduling: Teach during our core hours of Monday to Friday, 4-8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am-2 pm.
- Supportive Team: Join a collaborative and energetic team dedicated to student success.
- No Prep Work: Focus solely on teaching with all materials provided.
- Curriculum Expertise: Ability to teach Language and Math for students from JK to Grade 8. OCT certification is preferred, but not required.
- Experienced Educators: Background in tutoring or mentoring with at least 1 year of practical experience.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey concepts clearly and effectively.
- Friendly and Approachable: Must be warm, easy-going, yet assertive when needed.
- Multi-tasking Skills: Comfortable working with up to 2 students simultaneously.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
- Local Applicants: Candidates must reside in Aurora, Ontario, Canada or surrounding areas for in-person teaching.
- Provide personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring using provided materials – no preparation required.
- Focus on engaging directly with students, with no involvement in parent or administrative tasks.
- Assess student work and provide meaningful feedback to support their academic growth.
