Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at SEOUL RESTAURANT. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities
