Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Pacheeri Group of Companies Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery fleet and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers and coordinate their activities to meet customer demands.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and a strong team player attitude.
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in a noisy environment. You must be willing to relocate to support the needs of the company.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Language

The primary language of work is English.
