Job Title: Millwright Industrial

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Industrial to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment, as well as fabricating parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical equipment according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including reading blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts, and fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts, and perform tasks such as assembling, disassembling, and repairing mechanical equipment
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automated and robotic system experience
  • Conveyor experience
  • Electrical and electronic controls experience
  • Fans and blowers experience
  • Hydraulic system experience
  • Industrial and stationary engine experience
  • Pneumatic system experience
  • Power tools experience
  • Pumps and compressors experience

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
