About the Role

The Store Director is a key leadership position at Spence Diamonds, responsible for driving sales success and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and performance statistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching and feedback sessions to ensure sales professionals are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the productivity, accuracy, and efficiency of all store staff, ensuring they are working effectively to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth operation and integration of the store within the Spence Diamonds company structure.
  • Ensure all company controls and procedures are maintained in regards to safety and loss prevention.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales success and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Comfortable presenting valuable products and services to customers, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
