About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail services team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of shopping experiences and delivering on our purpose of connecting people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps and resetting shelves to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support leadership with reporting and training, ensuring seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.


What We Offer
  • Competitive wages: CAD $15.30 - $18.00 per hour.
  • Availability: Monday - Thursday.
  • Early start times.
  • No nights or weekends.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience.
  • Ability to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location.
  • Willingness to independently travel locally within your assigned territory.
