About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1250597 B.C. LTD. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other sales-related problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
