About the Role

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
