Retail Store Manager

Times Liquor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
