Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Norwood Portable Sawmills. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs to drive web traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive ecommerce sales, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Utilize A/B testing and other testing methods to optimize conversion paths and user experiences.
- Oversee and implement budgets for digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Use Customer Data Platforms to build targeted audiences on social platforms.
- Track performance using KPI analytical tools to measure and report the effectiveness of traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing and communication roles, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong technical understanding of digital marketing, including paid advertising, digital analytics, and website management.
- Business-focused mindset with the ability to create and implement new strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion rate, and brand awareness.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a motivated and determined approach to drive campaigns and advertisements for maximum return on investment.
As a Marketing Manager at Norwood Portable Sawmills, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established company with a strong brand and a dedicated customer base. You will be part of a hybrid team, working 3 days per week in our office in Barrie.
