**Job Summary**

Cerelia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our machinery to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Follow the production schedule as required and laid out by the Production Supervisor.
  • Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Calibrate machines to meet product specifications and monitor weight and size.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Support other departments and functions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in a hot/cold environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Working Conditions**

  • Weekend work required.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
