About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Agence de placement et de développement internationale inc (R.P.M.B). As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding Operations
    • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality welds
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate metal components
    • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Operate arc welding machines to weld metal components
    • Operate brazing machines to join metal components
    • Operate gas welding machines to weld metal components
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check to ensure a safe working environment
    • Work in a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek
    • Communicate in French as the primary work language
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in welding operations
  • Willingness to relocate for the role
