Senior Organizational Change Manager for GIS Upgrade and Product Model Implementation

S.i. Systems is seeking a seasoned professional to lead organizational change management for a critical GIS upgrade and product model implementation project.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead the change management efforts for a team focused on GIS and land imagery end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the GIS technology upgrade and product model implementation project
  • Lead a team of change management professionals to ensure successful adoption of the new GIS technology and product model
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential change resistance and ensure a smooth transition to the new technology and product model

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) in formal project delivery
  • Experience executing change management deliverables for a project in a team that focused on GIS and/or land imagery end users

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Change management certification
  • Extensive exposure to GIS technology, ideally with various ESRI products

Project Scope: Front and back-end upgrade of GIS technologies and transition to a product model

Additional Requirements: Contractor must supply own laptop/equipment
