  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and that merchandise is displayed in a way that drives sales.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to the regional director and other stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and team development.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion for the fashion industry, flexibility to work a retail schedule, and ability to work in a contract or temporary role.
