We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at 1863931 Ontario Inc. as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to various systems, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact tradespersons for major repairs and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and work with minimal supervision
  • Work with a high level of dependability, flexibility, and initiative
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Bondable
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Tools and equipment
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English, and gasoline is paid.
