Job Summary

DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a straight or articulated truck to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to maintain the vehicle's condition and ensure safety.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods, adhering to all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • AZ class license.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Experience an asset.
