About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patients' conditions, identify their needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Medication Administration and Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health management and care, promoting empowerment and independence.
- Clinical Experience: Possess previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Education and Licensure: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have completed relevant education and training programs.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare teams.
