Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Autonomous Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Adilstone Group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of autonomous machines in operational sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and supporting autonomous machines to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with specialists to improve system effectiveness and compliance.
  • Providing technical guidance and coaching to employees on standard systems operation.
  • Managing software updates and backups to ensure seamless operations.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • Engaging with on-site technicians for knowledge sharing and development.
  • Providing After-Hours Breakdown Support as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Engineering degree or trade qualification.
  • Mine site experience and understanding of mining operations.
  • Auto-electrical experience and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical faults and PLC systems.
  • Understanding of mobile-plant maintenance.
  • Deliver accurate documentation and technical reports.
  • Effective communication in client-facing situations.
