Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Operator III to join our team at our Ottawa client's medical manufacturing facility. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for monitoring supplies, updating inventory, and assisting with EHS lab-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies to ensure uninterrupted experimental work.
  • Assist with EHS lab-related initiatives, including chemical inventory control and participation in inspections.
  • Perform experiments, including cartridge testing, to support R&D projects and deliverables.
  • Communicate and interface with various stakeholders related to laboratory management.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting (over 1 year) is required.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work independently with minimal supervision is required.
  • Ability to handle a large amount of work efficiently and effectively is required.
  • Ability to work accurately and precisely is required.
  • Adheres to and advocates for highest safety standards is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with analytical equipment (over 1 year) is an asset.
  • Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment is an asset.
  • Experience writing/preparing operational procedures, forms, and templates is an asset.
