Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to the store team to ensure delivery of service model standards.
  • Lead the B2B Mark's Commercial Business function, including order entry and management.
  • Provide exceptional omni-channel experience through in-store eCommerce sales and fulfillment.
  • Support customer experience through timely processing and movement of inventory.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with operating procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Manage scheduling and follow-up of execution on shipping/receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management, and operations systems & compliance.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of annual inventories.
  • Follow and ensure compliance of all corporate LP, cash, and audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
  • Assume responsibility for all operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop department and store teams.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Superior training and mentoring skills.
  • 3-5 years retail experience required.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
  • Basic computer skills required.
