About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Silverfox pub & liquor store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, taking into account their skills and abilities.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure that we are not overstocked or understocked.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
