Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory and sales data
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
