Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Buns Master Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting production standards and adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Scheduling: Schedule staff to meet production demands and maintain a smooth workflow.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
