As an Indigenous Financial Services Specialist, you'll be part of a diverse organization that's dedicated to empowering Indigenous peoples. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and provide expert advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service throughout their journey.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans to help customers achieve their financial objectives.
- Nurture long-standing relationships with customers and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals.
Requirements:
- You'll need to be self-directed, performance-oriented, and have a natural curiosity to uncover and solve customer needs.
- You'll also need to be willing to complete industry-related courses and obtain a Mutual Funds license and CIFP Diploma.
