Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Harvest Laborer to join our team at Dahua Agriculture. As a key member of our harvest crew, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as loading and unloading supplies and produce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the peak of freshness and quality.
  • Supply Management: Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Soil Preparation: Mix and prepare soils to ensure optimal fertility and structure.
  • Sustainable Practices: Follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Work Environment: Floriculture production and organic farming.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
