Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Suzhen Wu. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet clients' dietary needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required
Work Environment:
  • Non-smoking environment
  • Employer's home
Language:
  • English or French
Work Schedule:
  • 32 hours per week
