Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach our mitigation team to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to identify damage and develop effective mitigation plans
  • Implement mitigation strategies to stabilize properties and prevent further damage
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
  • Fluent in English
  • Dedication to customer service and great with people
